Full Stack Software Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our client's team and help build innovative web applications for sequencing data.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build user-friendly web applications that enable scientists to visualize and analyze DNA sequencing data.

Develop REST APIs and microservices for communication between web applications and backend systems.

Build internal tools to streamline workflows for biotech, pharma, and academic labs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global research initiatives.

Qualifications:

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, or relevant work experience.

5+ years of industry experience.

Proficiency in Python (Flask or Django) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue).

Familiarity with SQL and relational database design.

Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
