Onsite 5 days per week in Santa Rosa, CA

Base Salary: 115-147k

Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and motivated R&D DSP Engineer to join our Agile software team. In this role, you will be working on developing measurement algorithms and features for a flagship Instrument Workflow Software. You will participate in the full software lifecycle of requirements capture, investigation, product definition, design, implementation, test development, testing, and maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related engineering discipline

Proficiency in a major programming language such as C/C++/C#.

Programming experience applying advanced DSP and Digital Communication theories and concepts to algorithm code.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work within and across teams

Desired Skills

Familiarity RF/mW wireless communications system architecture

Proficient in technical writing and creation of professional, technical diagrams

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
