About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Scheduler with expertise in Primavera P6 to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and updating complex construction schedules for luxury high-rise developments. You will play a key role in ensuring projects remain on time, within budget, and aligned with critical milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed baseline and monthly schedules using Primavera P6.

Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather input on activity durations, sequencing, and critical path items.

Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to identify risks and delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Conduct schedule reviews with stakeholders to align on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Analyze progress and performance, reporting schedule variances and recommending adjustments where needed.

Support planning sessions including pull planning, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.

Track procurement, permitting, inspections, and installation activities to maintain schedule integrity.

Prepare executive-level reports and schedule forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in the construction industry, ideally with luxury high-rise or large commercial projects.

Proficient in Primavera P6 (required); experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud is a plus.

Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, earned value, and construction sequencing.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both field and office teams.

Experience with Lean Scheduling principles is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
