Summary of Position: The Project Coordinator supports the Sr. Manager, Procurement by assisting in visual merchandising projects and initiatives across all channels. Principle Accountabilities:

Support integrated project timelines for visual merchandising projects with staggered deadlines, ensuring seamless, on-time execution across all channels.

Maintain awareness of deadlines, track project scope changes, and ensure smooth workflow within tight timelines.

Support project meetings, facilitate discussions, and track key takeaways to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines and key milestones are met.

Proactively identify risks to project deadlines and collaborate with stakeholders to implement alternative action plans when necessary.

Serve as the primary contact for external vendors, including print, prop, and fixture suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

Support logistics processes, coordinating shipments between vendors and retail accounts to ensure timely delivery and execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

1–3 years of business project management experience, preferably in merchandising, operations, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels, including external vendors (domestic & international).

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.

Proactive mindset with strong initiative and the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.

Leadership skills with the ability to build trust and productive relationships with stakeholders.

Critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
