Our challenge

We are looking for a visionary Teradata Developer with deep expertise in Fenergo. Ideal for someone with 7+ years of technical leadership and client-facing delivery experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise digital transformation.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

10+ Years of experience in Designing, developing, and optimize Teradata-based data solutions.

Able to Write efficient and scalable SQL queries and BTEQ scripts.

Able to Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Teradata tools.

Able to Ensure performance tuning and query optimization.

Able to Develop data models and implement database objects (tables, views, macros).

Able to Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Able to Troubleshoot data-related issues and production defects.

Requirements:

Ability to Work on data integration and transformation from multiple sources.

Ability to Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Ability to Maintain data security and compliance standards.

Ability to Document technical specifications and code changes.

Ability to Use version control and deployment tools as per project guidelines.

Ability to Provide production support and resolve incidents timely.

Ability to Stay current with Teradata releases and best practices.

Ability to Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.

Preferred, but not required:

Experience with Teradata Developer

Ability to Document technical specifications and code changes.

Ability to Use version control and deployment tools as per project guidelines.
