E-Commerce Project Manager
6 month contract with possible extensions
Hybrid onsite 3x a week
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Business Administration or related field
5+ years of eCommerce project management experience
Previous experience managing technical, complex eCommerce implementation projects across a large organization
Organized thinker meticulous about record keeping ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
The ability to solve complex problems in a cross-functional organization
Capable of presenting ideas in a clear and compelling manner
Ability to plan effectively and adapt to a changing environment
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced user of MS Project and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in using and administering SharePoint
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, CSP, etc.) is a plus
Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and/or tools is a plus Familiar with data analytic tools
Knowledge of structured data, and relationships among data and domains
Day-to-Day:
Primary resource driving the implementation of Big Commerce for the Packaging Solutions business segment that will replace their existing custom built eCommerce system.
Creates and maintains project schedule, action trackers, issue logs, progress reports, and other project documents.
Coordinates and leads status calls and executive status meetings.
Drives internal and external activities and provides project analysis necessary to achieve the dates defined by the business.
Delivers projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
Manages stakeholder relationships to ensure engagement and alignment.
Prevents or minimizes delays by keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.
Identifies and manages project risks.
Controls project scope with an effective change management process.
Escalates issues internally and externally proactively as needed.
Organizes work and structures analyses to facilitate decision making.
Facilitates project deliverables based upon internal resource availability.
Compensation:
$_50 /hr to $__80 /hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
