The Maverick Club is seeking a high-end luxury Concierge/Receptionist to be the first friendly face our members and guests encounter. This role is perfect for someone with a background in hospitality, food & beverage, or barista service who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Manage reservations, appointments, and member inquiries

Coordinate daily receptionist operations and maintain a polished, welcoming environment

Support food & beverage operations, including light service duties when needed

Light cleaning and general tidying of shared spaces, including kitchen organization and dishwashing, to help maintain a welcoming and well-organized environment

Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless service

Qualifications:

Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or barista experience in a high-end luxury environment required

A bachelors degree or equivalent experience

A minimum of 5 years of luxury high-end hospitality experience

Availability for shifts between 7 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday

A natural inclination towards helping and supporting others

Interest in a long-term role with a growing company, with potential for personal and professional growth

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Professional appearance and demeanor

Proficient with computers
