Their core purpose is to provide innovative manufacturing solutions that creates value for their customers, employees, suppliers, and ownership. Our clients'foundation is to promote the highest level of honesty, integrity, commitment, and quality products to each of their suppliers and customers. They are looking to add Machine Operators to their growing team.

Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift available

Job Responsibilities:

Perform related labor as required to clean up, set up, and organize

Return the dies and materials to the proper location

Responsible to ensure that all safety and quality start-up procedures are followed\

Responsible to perform all required quality checks utilizing gauges and other measuring devices

Responsible to accurately report production in electronic reporting system

Responsible to communicate with team members (Supervisor, Quality, Co-workers) on any issues with the machines

Have an understanding of what the cause of the issue is and which team member to inform

Must be dependable, Energetic, and bring positive energy

2+ years of experience of working in a high energy fast paced manufacturing environment, ability to perform and make required production rates

Hard working, dependable, motivated for success

Ability to perform manual labor such as bolting dies into presses

Good mechanical skill set

Results-oriented team player, excellent attendance, high energy level and good attention to detail

Ability to operate heavy equipment safely

Ability to use gauges, tooling and other equipment used in die setting
