The Toms River Regional Board of Education anticipates an opening for the following position.

This is the application for the Computer Service Technician Supervisor - a stipend position for a current Computer Service Technician in the district. Listed below are the anticipated duties, which may change as needs of the district change.

1. Reviews computer help desk ticketing system daily to ensure prompt resolution by computer technicians

2. Communicates with Computer Service Technicians to make sure they have the equipment and tools needed to carry out their functions

3. Works with Technology Department Secretary to order required parts and equipment

4. Ensures work schedules are being followed by computer technicians

5. Prepares information for budget preparation for tools and supplies

6. Assists Technology Department Secretary to help coordinate tech support coverage for after hour events

7. Other duties as assigned
