CDL-A Owner Operator Truck Gross Pay

LPN position available at Fair Oaks Health Care Center in Crystal Lake, IL.

Full-time day shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, including every other weekend.

Ideal candidate must have active Illinois nursing license, perform physical job requirements, pass background check and drug screen.

Preferred qualifications include long-term care experience and CPR certification.
