Speech Language Pathologist

Our Licensed Practical Nurses provide nursing support in a physician practice or clinic setting under physician direction.

Duties include patient assessment, preparation for exams, medication administration, maintaining work areas, documenting patient information, providing patient teaching, assisting with referrals and lab procedures.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing school, 1 year of physician office experience, current Virginia LPN licensure, Radiologic Technician Limited licensure if performing radiology, and AHA BLS-HCP certification.

Skills needed include customer service orientation, communication skills, problem-solving ability, computer proficiency, and organizational skills.
