Provides professional nursing care for patients using critical thinking and independent judgment throughout all phases of the nursing process.
Responsible for directing and supervising a nursing patient care team.
Collaborates with team and other disciplines, documents patient care, and tracks patient progress.
Minimum qualifications include completion of a nursing program, current RN licensure in Michigan, BLS certification, and ACLS certification.
Preferred qualifications include one year of RN experience, BSN, and CCRN.
Requires clear communication skills, reasoning abilities, technology proficiency, and cultural sensitivity.
Must be able to work in unpredictable and potentially stressful environments, with physical requirements including standing, walking, lifting, and handling equipment.
