Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Preferred Care is seeking a motivated and creative 11-7 RN Supervisor to lead the clinical team for their facility, which includes short term and long term residents.

The ideal candidate must have strong clinical and supervisory skills, previous long term care experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities include overseeing nursing care delivery, maintaining standards of care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications include a current RN license and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
