Temple University Hospital is a nationally respected teaching hospital on Temple University's bustling Health Sciences Center campus. The hospital provides a comprehensive array of healthcare services both basic and complex to patients from around the corner, across the country and around the world. As the chief clinical training site for the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, the hospital provides a dynamic environment for high-quality care, teaching, and cutting edge research.

Acts as a steward of the operational improvement initiative. Identifies process improvement opportunities and leads, manages and executes Lean and Six Sigma initiatives from conception through to completion. Builds people capabilities to ensure the continuous evolution of the principle of process performance management and techniques, using Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques. Oversees data and technical staff and leadership engaged in projects assigned to Project Management Office.

Education

Bachelors Degree (Required)

Masters Degree (Preferred)

Experience

3 Years experience leading and executing process improvement projects using traditional methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, PDCA) (Required)

5 Years experience in a related role (Required)

General Experience and demonstrated mastery of Lean, Six Sigma and Change Acceleration Process (CAP) (Required)

General Experience leading large cross-functional teams to successful outcomes. (Required)

License/Certifications

LSSBB - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred)
