AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLE DETAILER

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Paid Time Off:

All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.

Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.

Responsibilities include:

Ensure all vehicles are properly washed and detailed (wash, wax, buff, shampoo, clay bar etc.)

Facilitate and perform all detailing department duties

Ensure proper usage, storage, and inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies

Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager

Position Requirements:

Adherence to all attendance and punctuality standards

Understand and follow all work rule policies and procedures

Ability to maintain a professional and friendly attitude

Provide the highest level of customer service and integrity standards at all times

Minimum 2 years of automotive service/detailing experience

Must be able to drive all types of cars, including manual transmission

Must have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record

Excellent Communication Skills

Strong Work Ethic with at least 3 professional references required

Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 50 pounds
