Hybrid Senior Accountant

Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days remote)

Annual Salary: $85-$90k

Additional Annual Bonus: Up to 8%

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience, hold a CPA certification, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. They should have a proven track record of success in managing complex financial operations. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, while also contributing to the strategic growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors.

Mentor and train junior accounting staff.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, required.

Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience, required.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.

CPA certification, strongly preferred.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, strongly preferred.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
