Shift: 4 day shift (10 hour(s)) 830a-7p every 3rd weekend shift would be 330p-2a Saturday/Sunday.
Traveler will have the Monday off after working the weekend.
Call rotation one day either a Saturday or a Sunday every 6 weeks for 24 hours from 5a-5a would need to be available within an hour of the call.
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team in the CT department of our Level I trauma center.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience, possess BLS and ARRT certifications, with AART Advanced certification preferred.
Work Environment: The position involves working in a dynamic emergency room (ER) setting with emergent inpatient needs.
Our facility is a Level I trauma center, Stroke Accredited, and serves a diverse community.
Responsibilities: Perform CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion.
Operate CT equipment efficiently and ensure high-quality imaging.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in on-call rotation as required, responding promptly to emergent situations.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience.
Current BLS and ARRT certifications required.
AART Advanced certification preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.
