Job Description
Partners Professional is seeking candidates for a new opening as a Customer Service and Data Entry clerk for our client located in Gainesville GA. This is not a retail or call center job. It is in a professional office, on-site daily and offered as a temporary position with a possibility to go perm based on performance, skill set and attendance. You will be providing customer service with other team members, using Excel spreadsheets to enter data, providing phone support and handling shipping tasks. It is required that you be tech savvy and have strong computer skills to be successful in this position.
Responsibilities:
Add users and vehicles to the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Enter data and line items into Monsys (FS&S Ticket System) with attention to detail.
Answer phone calls professionally, providing assistance and redirecting inquiries as needed.
Handle shipping tasks, including pack and ship items securely and effectively
Key Requirements:
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.
Verbal, phone, in person and Email
Proficient in computers skills- emailing, scheduling, data entry, filing
MS Excel skills for data entry and organizational tasks. Data entry into spreadsheets and data maintenance
Experience in an ERP system is a plus
Accurate, efficient and task orientation are key
Packing, securing and
1-2 years of office experience would be helpful
This position offers variety of daily tasks, needs someone who takes initiative, and is reliable. While you don't have to be an expert with computer skills, being able to learn, retain and grow with new skills is important.
