• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and streamline processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement operations through the use of tools like SAP and other systems.
• Manage budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines during procurement activities.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform purchasing decisions and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.• Extensive experience in indirect procurement, including strategic sourcing and contract management.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Proven expertise in handling procurement categories such as IT, HR, marketing, and detail-oriented services.
• Demonstrated success in implementing cost-saving initiatives and achieving financial targets.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and systems, including SAP.
