• Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure data is easily accessible.
• Perform calculations and data verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email correspondence.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and manage documents.
• Scan and digitize documents for efficient record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
• Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned.• Proficiency in 10-key typing and strong typing skills.
• Prior experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for document management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience handling email correspondence.
