Forklift Operator - 1st shift - $20-23/hr
M-Th 6:00am-4:30pm, OT on Fridays
Job Description
This role involves operating a forklift for approximately 50% of the workday to stage products for shipping. The operator will handle large crates, some of which require teamwork due to their size, up to 20 feet in length. The remaining time will be spent on tasks such as printing labels, closing boxes, and placing them on racks for shipping. Additionally, the role includes assisting with label printing for FedEx and UPS shipments.
Responsibilities
Operate a sit-down forklift to stage products for shipment.
Handle large crates, requiring teamwork for crates up to 20 feet long.
Print shipping labels and close boxes.
Place boxes on racks for shipping.
Assist with printing labels for FedEx and UPS.Essential Skills
3+ years of experience working in a warehouse.
1+ years of forklift experience, specifically moving crates.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Strong ability to follow instructions and take orders.
Safety-oriented mindset.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Material handling experience.
Inventory management skills.

Work Environment
Work in a very clean and well-lit environment, where air circulation occurs seven times a day to ensure there is no odor within the building.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
