Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a local company seeking an HR Manager.
The HR Manager should have a Bachelor's degree and some sort of HR certification is strongly preferred.
The HR Manager should have experience with compliance, and employment laws.
The HR Manager should be a good leader, as they will have 1-2 direct reports.
The HR Manager should have a good personality, want to be a partner to management and be a team player.
The HR Manager should have experience with benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, on and off boarding employees, policy implementation, etc.
Paylocity experience is nice to have.
Construction or similar industry is nice to have.
