Minimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required.

ProCare Therapy is hiring a school-based Physical Therapist to provide part-time services to a small group of elementary students. The position is flexible and runs through the end of the academic year.

About the Role:

Caseload of 8 students, across 3 elementary school buildings

8 direct hours per week, with additional hours for indirect services available

Documentation and IEPs handled via SameGoal

No Medicaid billing required

Responsibilities:

Conduct therapy sessions as per IEP mandates

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Monitor student progress and provide consultative support

Required:

Active Ohio license

Comfort in school settings and working with children

Strong organizational skills
