Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

The role involves stacking and keeping racks filled with products while operating basic machinery.

Responsibilities

Stack and maintain racks full of product.

Operate basic pultrusion machines.

Work with fiberglass in various areas, including lifting and machine operating.Essential Skills

Experience in manufacturing, production, and assembly.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Ability to read and use tape measures and calipers.

Basic math skills.

Experience with machine operating, particularly pultrusion.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Consistent work history of 6-12 months in any field.

Work Environment

The role requires constant standing, moderate to heavy lifting, and bending. You will be exposed to noise, dust, fiberglass, and resin chemicals. Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection are mandatory, while jeans and long sleeves are recommended to protect against fiberglass.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LA CROSSE, Wisconsin.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
