Job Description
We are a full-service distributor of bulk food ingredients, previously owned by ConAgra. We distribute bulk ingredients to various companies and are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator.
Responsibilities
Operate Sit Down Forklift
Read the computer and use a scan gun when pulling product
Lift up to 80 lbs
Accurately record data and information
Case picking/unloading product
Read labels and understand what product cannot be mixed
Familiarity with food safety guidelines is a plus
Cover multiple areas and complete multiple tasks
Maintain allergen awareness and prevent cross-contaminationEssential Skills
1+ year of Forklift experience
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
High School Diploma or GEDAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with food safety guidelines

Work Environment
The work environment is very fast-paced, and candidates must be prepared to hustle and work hard. The warehouse is colder in the winter and warmer in the summer. We have a great culture where contractors are treated like full-time employees, and the ultimate goal is to bring people on directly. We believe in providing feedback in the moment and prioritize safety. Openings are available for Wednesday-Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and Friday 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM. Overtime is available but not mandatory. The dress code includes shorts/pants, sleeved shirts without profanity, and steel-toe shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Liberty, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
