Job Description
The Electrical Technician is responsible for performing electrical installations on all company products. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot, service, diagnose failures, and make necessary repairs.
Responsibilities
Perform electrical installations on company products.
Troubleshoot, service, and diagnose electrical failures.
Repair and install electrical systems, products, assemblies, and components.
Use test equipment to solve problems in various systems.
Read and understand electrical schematics.
Conduct final system checks and inspections.
Prepare documentation and complete sign-off books with Quality Control coordination.
Adapt to new situations and systems on the production line.Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting
Conduit bending
Wiring and schematic reading
Use of hand tools
Blueprint reading
Control panel assembly
Field service experience
Installation and termination testing
Hydraulics and electrical wiring expertise
5+ years of electrical experienceAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Level 3 Qualifications: Advanced understanding of electrical voltage reading AC/DC, especially low and medium voltages.
Effective soldering skills.
Ability to assist lower-level technicians with on-the-job training.
Level 4 Qualifications: Leadership experience, mentoring skills, and the ability to provide feedback and process improvements.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role involves working in a non-climate-controlled shop environment with good air circulation. Tasks are performed both inside and outside of trucks to complete builds.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Granbury, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $44.00/hr.
