Position Overview:
Vivant is seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager – Telecom Services to oversee end-to-end VoIP, ISP, and network project deployments.
This position will manage timelines, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence for clients across various industries including healthcare, retail, hospitality, and automotive.

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Manage the full lifecycle of VoIP, ISP, and network deployments
Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and drive execution
Lead cross-functional teams including provisioning, field techs, support, and engineering
Client & Vendor Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Resolve technical delivery issues and handle project escalations
Coordinate with ISPs, hardware vendors, and third-party providers
Service Delivery Oversight:
Ensure all services meet SLAs, quality benchmarks, and client satisfaction goals
Standardize documentation, improve workflows, and oversee smooth handoffs to support
Own the onboarding experience from install through to full service adoption
Communication & Reporting:
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on status, risks, and KPIs
Maintain accurate project documentation in PM and CRM platforms
Qualifications & Requirements:
3–5 years of telecom project management or technical service delivery experience
Proven ability to manage multi-site rollouts (ISP, VoIP, or network installations)
Strong knowledge of ISP coordination, field service logistics, and stakeholder management
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (e.g., firewalls, routers, switches)
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Hands-on, structured, and proactive approach to project execution
