Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage and expand the organization’s social media presence, leveraging analytics to enhance engagement.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external referral partners to support outreach efforts.
• Identify new marketing opportunities by staying informed about industry trends and innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with strategic goals.
• Create and oversee marketing content, including blog posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize campaign impact.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, finance, or a related field.
• Prefer a post-graduate degree in marketing or communication, particularly strategic communication.
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and client relationship management (CRM) tools.
