We’re now expanding in Gujarat and are looking for a dynamic Branch Head to lead our regional operations, drive sales, and grow our customer base. About the Role
As the Branch Head, you’ll lead the end-to-end business operations of our Gujarat office, with a core focus on sales leadership, team management, and customer acquisition. You’ll own revenue targets, manage a team of sales and support executives, and play a pivotal role in shaping Richie’s presence in the state.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Strategy
Own and deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the Gujarat region
Build and execute sales strategies aligned with Richie’s product and growth goals
Identify local business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas
Team Management & Development
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and customer engagement team
Set performance benchmarks, conduct regular reviews, and mentor team members
Ensure the team is updated with Richie’s offerings, tools, and compliance standards
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, partners, and institutions
Represent Richie in local events, investor meetups, and financial seminars
Ensure high client satisfaction and strong referral conversion
Operations & Reporting
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
Maintain accurate sales reports, funnel metrics, and branch performance dashboards
Collaborate closely with the central marketing, product, and operations teams
What You Must Bring
6–7 years of experience in sales or branch management in the financial services industry
Deep understanding of stock market products like equity, F&O, SIPs, insurance, and demat/trading account services
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Proficiency in Gujarati and English; Hindi fluency is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
