Salary Structure:
The monthly salary for teachers is calculated based on the following formula:
Salary = Rs. [(50,000 Number of Admitted Students) / 40] Per Month
Explanation:
Rs. 50,000 serves as the base amount.
This base is multiplied by the total number of admitted students and then divided by 40 to determine the final monthly salary.
Example:
If there are 40 admitted students, Salary = Rs. [(50,000 40) / 40] = Rs. 50,000 per month.
If there are 20 admitted students, Salary = Rs. [(50,000 20) / 40] = Rs. 25,000 per month.
Leave Policy:
A salary deduction will be applied for each class left unattended, calculated as follows:
Deduction = Rs. [(50,000 / Number of Working Days in a Month) (Number of Admitted Students in the Class Left / 40)] Per Class Left
Explanation:
Rs. 50,000 is divided by the total number of working days in the month to determine the per-day value.
This per-day value is then multiplied by the proportion of admitted students in the unattended class (out of 40) to calculate the deduction per class left.
Example:
Assume 26 working days in a month. If a teacher leaves a class of 10 students unattended, Deduction = Rs. [(50,000 / 26) (10 / 40)] = Rs. [1,923.08 0.25] = Rs. 480.77 per class left.
Note:
The "Number of Working Days in a Month" will be determined by the "Number of Days in a Month (Excluding Sundays)".
Deductions will apply to all absences.
