Role Overview

Xsio Logistics Parks is leading the development of advanced industrial and logistics parks across strategic hubs like Nagpur, Pune, Indore, and beyond. These multi-phase, large-scale projects include high-specification industrial and warehouse buildings, allied infrastructure, utilities, and sustainable amenities.

We are looking for a Costing & Planning Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in project cost estimation, BOQ, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will support budgeting, rate analysis, and execution monitoring across multiple sites under the direct guidance of our GM – Projects and Planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Planning, BOQ & Budgeting

• Prepare and manage detailed cost budgets for RCC, PEB, infrastructure, MEP, and landscape works.

• Develop cash flow projections aligned with project timelines and funding requirements.

• Benchmark material and labor costs across regions.

• Prepare and revise BOQs in coordination with architects, consultants, and site teams.

2. Quantity Take-Off & Rate Analysis

• Perform quantity take-offs from GFC drawings for:

• Industrial and warehouse buildings (RCC, PEB, mezzanines)

• Infrastructure works (roads, stormwater, boundary walls)

• Utilities (power, water, fire safety, STP)

• Conduct rate analysis based on CPWD/DSR norms, vendor quotes, and internal data.

3. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Create detailed project schedules in MS Project/Primavera for:

• Phased industrial and logistics park development

• Infrastructure and ESG-compliant utilities

• Build Gantt charts, define WBS, allocate resources, and track critical paths.

• Recommend corrective action plans for any project slippages.

4. Execution Tracking & Inter-City Coordination

• Track execution progress across Nagpur, Pune, Indore, and other locations.

• Liaise with site engineers and vendors for real-time progress updates.

• Maintain weekly dashboards, highlight deviations, and support audits.

• Participate in site reviews and physical verifications.

5. Tendering, Evaluation & MIS Reporting

• Prepare tender BOQs, technical specs, and comparison sheets.

• Assist in bid evaluations and negotiation processes.

• Present monthly MIS reports: cost vs budget, cash flow, and billing status.

• Validate contractor bills and coordinate with finance for timely payments.

Skills & Competencies Essential:

• Expertise in MS Project or Primavera (P6)

• Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, costing models, pivot tables)

Desirable:

• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD for drawing interpretation

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle)

• Awareness of ESG and green building practices
