Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced WABO Certified Structural Welders for projects located in Vancouver, WA. This is a full time opportunity, with a pay range of $35-40/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Structural Welder eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

Cut, shape, and weld metal to create frames for structures

Install girders, columns, and other materials to form the foundational framework for structures

Repair broken or bent structural members

Remove or replace faulty welds and rivets

Cut, position, and bolt down steel bars to reinforce concrete

inspect welds for defects and ensure overall structural integrity

Maintain tools and equipment

Responsibilities

4+ Years of Experience

Must be WABO Certified

Proven Experience in Welding and Structural Work

Strong understanding of welding techniques, structural systems, & material properties

Basic Tools of the Trade, Harness with Bags (can hold bolts and spud wrenches)

Standard PPE including Welding Hood, Welding Gloves, Leathers
