This role will be responsible for ensuring Paycom's sales organization is well-equipped with the support, information, content, training, and knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to effectively sell Paycom's current and new product offerings. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales and marketing dynamics with the ability to map field requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive sales enablement program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research:

Conduct and report on competitive market research

Sales Enablement:

RFP

List buying strategy/predictive technology

Database Growth:

Continuously work to increase the size of the database with quality prospects by

Working with telemarketing companies to insure the data imported is accurate

Researching other list acquisition opportunities as directed

Entering and importing new prospects as directed

Working with sales, marketing and IT to improve database functionality.

Assist with marketing list maintenance

Assist with returned Direct Marketing Mail

Work with other members on lead tracking

Prospect profiling and Data entry

Correcting data entry errors and contact companies with missing information and updating the database

Researching other list acquisition opportunities as directed and enter and new prospects as directed

Working with sales, marketing and IT to improve database functionality.

Education/Certification:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel

2+ years in an administrative role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree

Experience:

Experience in a sales or sales support role

Skills/Abilities:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Must be detail-oriented with a proven track record of error free work.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to handle a number of high priority projects simultaneously and effectively

Strong technical aptitude in learning new software quickly
