Description
The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:
Support the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities.
Coordinate subcontractor work and ensure alignment with project schedules and plans.
Oversee site safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
Assist with managing materials, deliveries, and equipment logistics.
Participate in site meetings and communicate updates to the project team.
Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout each phase of construction.
Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage documentation and reporting.
Profile
The ideal Assistant Superintendent will have:
3+ years of field experience in the commercial construction space
Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Ability to multitask
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
