Description
Lead day-to-day onsite operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout
Manage subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control in alignment with company standards
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors to ensure timely and efficient progress
Maintain accurate daily logs, look-ahead schedules, and enforce safety protocols
Oversee self-perform crews when applicable and ensure subcontractor compliance with project scope
Utilize Procore for all documentation, RFIs, submittals, and field reports
Profile
The right Construction Superintendent will have:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a GC
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
Strong literacy of MS Word, Excel and Procore
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
OSHA 30
