We're hiring a Traveling Superintendent to oversee field operations on a $1 Billion hyperscale data center project for a leading ENR-ranked general contractor. This is an 18-month opportunity with a 10% travel incentive, housing, and travel covered.

Description
The Superintendent - Data Center will be responsible for:
Oversee and manage data centers construction projects across USA
Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
Lead and manage construction teams
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations
Report on project progress and budget
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
Resolve any on-site issues or delays
Profile
The Superintendent - Data Center should have:
An educational qualification in Construction Management or a related field
Experience in managing large ground up construction projects $200M+
Strong leadership skills
Proficiency in project management software
An understanding of construction laws and regulations
Excellent problem-solving abilities
The ability to travel across Southeast USA
