Volt is immediately hiring for a Process Technician in Richardson, TX.

As a Process Technician, you will:

Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to perform product dispositions, process improvements, monitor statistical process controls, and update specifications.

Diagnose and resolve process problems by following documented procedures.

Set-up and qualify semiconductor process equipment such as Datacon pick and place tool.

Develop Die Attach programs.

Review and respond to statistical process control charts.

Coach, train, and assist factory operators in order to enhance productivity.

Identify and address potential areas for improvement relating to safety, quality, output, and cost.This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline is preferred.

A minimum of 3 year relevant experience

Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with operations, equipment support, and engineering in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Possess an understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods.

This factory position requires wearing cleanroom attire and protective equipment; Bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods of time will be required.Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
