Project Manager - High-End Residential Construction Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid) Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 DOE Benefits: Full Health Benefits, 2 Weeks PTO, Gas & Cell Phone Allowance

Anastasia with GPAC is currently partnering with a premier high-end single-family home builder located in McLean, VA, in search of an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering the opportunity to work with one of the most respected custom builders in the region.

About the Role:

The Project Manager will oversee the construction of luxury residential homes from groundbreaking through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient process.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day construction operations for multiple custom home projects

Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Maintain schedules, track budgets, and enforce quality control

Use Microsoft Excel to maintain and update project tracking documents

Use Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, communication, and coordination

Conduct site visits regularly and provide progress updates to stakeholders

Lead project meetings and ensure timely issue resolution

Qualifications:

10 years of experience in residential home building, preferably high-end or custom homes

Proven success managing all phases of custom home projects

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Local knowledge of McLean and the surrounding area is a plus
