Lucille's Mountain Top Inn and Spa is looking for an experienced and dynamic team leader. Located in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia near the town of Helen, the Inn features 14 luxurious rooms and suits as well as an award winning Spa.ResponsibilitiesHiring and training of staff, constant guest contact while guest is in house, reponding to all guest surveys, preparing a weekly forecast and employee schedules, preparing and submitting bi-weekly payroll for the Inn and Spa, guiding Spa manager to operate efficiently still achieving high guest satisfaction, managing all rooms related departments such as front desk, reservations, group bookings,housekeeping and maintenance. Required SkillsThe ideal candidate will have two years of Inn or hospitality management experience, well developed leadership skills, a hands on management style, excellent understanding of rooms related departments, advanced written and verbal communication skills and a history of providing exceptional guest service.
