CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE – Launch Family Entertainment Clearwater (Countryside Mall)

Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time Guest Service & Admin Support

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to be the voice of Launch and the hub for park communication.

WHO YOU ARE:

You're an upbeat, organized professional who knows how to make someone smile—even over the phone. You’re a natural communicator, love solving problems, and are comfortable switching between guest inquiries, scheduling, and internal park support tasks. You know how to sell the experience, multitask like a pro, and keep everything running behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing all incoming calls and emails, providing accurate and friendly information about park offerings, and booking events and parties. You’ll also assist with daily administrative needs and communication across departments.

Key responsibilities include:

Answer all incoming calls to the park with a friendly, helpful tone.

Provide detailed information on attractions, pricing, events, hours, food & beverage, safety protocols, and more.

Sell and book birthday parties via phone and email.

Actively upsell packages, party add-ons, and food/beverage enhancements.

Transfer or relay messages to the appropriate managers and department leads.

Perform daily secretarial duties including printing reports, posting staffing sheets, and organizing internal communications.

Manage call/email follow-up logs, guest callbacks, and inquiry tracking.

Use the POS system and booking backend to reserve party packages and verify availability.

Understand all Launch Clearwater offerings inside and out.

Keep printed and digital materials updated with current promotions and park information.

Provide overflow guest support at the front desk or during high-volume days as needed.

WHAT IT TAKES:

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, or booking/sales preferred.

Strong phone etiquette and ability to clearly communicate with energy and professionalism.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Comfortable navigating POS and scheduling systems (training provided).

Sales-minded with the ability to upsell services confidently.

Friendly, outgoing, and eager to help both guests and team members.

Able to multitask and manage multiple communication streams at once.
