Position Overview:

This position is for our New York City market. You will survey customer locations and

design communication networks for operation at these locations. You will work with

property managers and owners to seek approval of your network designs and work with

our installation teams to ensure proper installation. These systems are deployed at

commercial businesses and large residential apartment complexes in the New York City

Area (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island and Northern New Jersey).

Duties And Responsibilities

Site-Survey multi-unit buildings for network communication systems.

Systems consist of wireless, fiber optic, copper cabling and network equipment.

Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and contract compliance on client deliverables.

Provide excellent customer support and high-level engagement in troubleshooting complex issues.

Oversee installation team progress and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.

Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Responsibility for all aspects of the project, scope, schedule, design, quality and staff

70-75% Field Travel

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferably in Engineering, Construction Management or related technical field.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and effectively with both internal and external customers.

Business-minded and able to maintain a commercial focus.

Valid Driver License and comfortable driving in New York City

Proficient with Email, MS Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), G Suite (Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Google Earth.

Salary Range

$46,500 to $62,500 Annually
