Position Summary for the Production Associates & Machine Operators:

Production operators take care of production functions such as setting up equipment, loading and unloading materials, operation of automated machines, assembly of components and more. Load and operate machines to manufacture automotive car parts, perform inspection, and pack completed part.

Position Responsibilities of the Production Associate:

Set up machinery for operation

Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions

Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor

Comply with all safety and health regulations

Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area

Minimum Requirements:

1 year of manufacturing experience (Preferred)

Must be able to work 3rd shift (6pm Start time)

Concentration, Attention to detail.

Able to work in a Team environment.

Able to follow instructions and production schedules.
