This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure accuracy by matching system data with customer entries. The position involves a dynamic process, as it is new and subject to changes. Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy by matching system data with customer entries.
Adapt to changes in the process as it is new and evolving.
Identify and correct errors after reviewing documents.
Collaborate with others to manage and rectify errors.
Approach tasks with a trial-and-error mindset to adapt quickly.
Essential Skills
Strong attention to detail and typing skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to maintain strong attendance and willingness to work Saturdays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in clerical, computer skills, and data entry.
Experience in administrative support, front desk, and scanning.
Customer service and customer support experience.
Work Environment
This position operates from 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break, in an office setting. The work environment is business casual, prohibiting flip flops, ripped jeans, and perfume. Initially, it is a contract position with potential for movement to other roles or a permanent position. If hired permanently after the contract, the role will be fully remote.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
