$20 - $23 per hourResponsibilities:
Coordinate the intake process to understand clients’ needs and wishes for effective planning.
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails.
Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up to date.
Greet clients and visitors when they enter the building and make them feel welcome.
Print packets for initial meetings and workshops.
Ensure attorneys are prepared for their meetings at all times.
Complete other administrative duties as needed, such as scanning, data entry, paperwork, copying, etc.
Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries.
Maintain and order supplies for the office.Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
At least one year of administrative assistant or related experience is required.
Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations.
Taking payments for services.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proficient in using and learning technology to enhance efficiency and ensure clear communication across multiple channels.
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.About Company
