Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Bulk Waste Removal Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the collection, transportation, and proper disposal of bulk waste items from residential and commercial properties. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment

- Load, transport, and unload bulk waste items such as furniture, appliances, and construction debris

- Interact professionally with customers and provide exceptional service

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

- Properly document and report any issues or incidents during the collection process

- Assist with the sorting and recycling of materials when applicable

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75lb)

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Previous experience in waste management or a related field is a plus, but not required
