VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking new Cannabis PM Plant Health Technician for its facility located in St. Louis, MO; a brand-new medical market just launched in October 2020. VIBE will operate cultivation and manufacturing licenses in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion.

Position Summary/Objective
The PM Plant Health Technician will work with the Cultivation Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the garden to ensure the best possible products for our patients. This position REQUIRES PM work (at least 10pm - 2am, the rest of the hours are negotiable, ideally 4x10 6pm-2am). Candidates must have good reliability and the ability to work with limited oversight.
Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
Responsible for helping the Cultivation Team production demands and maintain quality expectations.
· Duties included, but are not limited to fertigation, plant maintenance, cleaning grow and common areas, trimming, IPM, and packaging plant products.
· Communicates with Team Leads/Managers and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
· Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the cultivation process.
· Maintain best agricultural practices.
· Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
· Perform other tasks as required.
· Follow all facility protocols.
Ensure plant health and safety by monitoring room environments, plant nutrition and fertigation, light schedules, and pest management.
· Works with Rhythm Fertigation equipment.
· Oversees building maintenance software.
· Aids in small Maintenance tasks.
· Treats rooms with required pesticides.
· Scouts and identifies issues and troubleshoots accordingly.
· Collects data throughout the garden with the fertigation system and IPM
Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities that help you do your job!)
High School Diploma
Able to work in loud areas.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
Able to work in low oxygen areas.
Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.
Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas.
At least 21 years of age
Willing to participate in an extensive background check.
Driver's license and reliable transportation
Computer Literature (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
What Will Make You Special (Things you do not need but will help you stand out!)
Bachelor's / Associates Degree in related fields.
Knowledge of the cannabis plant.
Experience working with plants or other commodity crops.
