Location: Hybrid Columbus, OH (with travel to Lancaster & Springfield)

Salary: $23 - $28 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt

What Youll Do:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, youll play an essential role in ensuring a seamless hiring process, supporting candidates and hiring managers, and contributing to a positive candidate experience.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

Serve as a primary point of contact, providing candidates with timely updates

Assist with job postings, resume screening, and pre-employment checks

Support onboarding by gathering documentation and facilitating new hire processes

Travel to Columbus, Lancaster, and Springfield locations for interviews and onboarding

Work closely with the recruiting team to improve hiring processes

What You Bring:

1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication abilitiesboth written and verbal

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ATS experience preferred

Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed
