Job Description

As a Termite Inspector with Saela, you'll play a crucial role in protecting homes by performing expert wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections and recommending treatment solutions. This role combines field expertise with sales and customer service, offering a high-income opportunity for driven individuals who are detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about helping others.

You will perform in-depth termite and WDO inspections for residential customers, identifying signs of infestation, structural concerns, and treatment needs. You'll be responsible for providing clear, customized treatment proposals and service plans based on your findings. Building rapport and trust with customers is essential to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of inspections, recommendations, and follow-ups, while managing your daily route and schedule independently.

Wage comparable to $90,000-$130,000+ annually
