YOUR EMPOWERMENT:

As our part-time, remote Church Program Coordinator, you'll be the logistical and spiritual heartbeat behind AFFC's Kingdom Immunity programs. Each week, you'll meet remotely with the Institute Director to organize and execute training events, workshops, and conferences, while shepherding participants through the full intake process. You'll manage program enrollment, track progress, and serve as a supportive guide from start to finish. You'll handle petty cash expenses, help promote events and fundraisers, and assist in resource development to strengthen our outreach. Whether you're coordinating online learning or helping plan travel-based events, you'll be the hands and heart behind a mission that transforms lives through Christ.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree

Authorized to work in the U.S.

2+ years of experience in office management or church ministry

Commitment to faithful church membership

Vision for church-based theological education

Strong project management and administrative skills

Ability to provide your own standard office equipment, including computers, phones, a fax machine, and a printer

Ability to plan, execute, and complete projects

Ability to learn online platforms, including a Learning Management System

Ability to solve problems, handle constructive feedback, and contribute to a team environment

Physical ability to lift and arrange occasional mail/delivery items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with social media management and content creation

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices

Fluency in Spanish

A sound grasp of the Bible and theology

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a remote, seasonal internship running May through September, requiring a part-time commitment of 4–10 hours per week. Some Saturdays may be required for this Church Program Coordinator role, as well as occasional travel to surrounding states for ministry events under the Institute Director's guidance.
