Crescent Paper Tube, a manufacturer of converted paper products, headquartered in Florence, KY, is seeking to fill a full-time customer service representative / data entry / invoicing position. Duties will include taking phone orders from customers, entering orders / invoicing shipments through shopfloor ERP system, etc. Applicants must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy. Must be proficient in Excel and Word, experience with Sage Accounting software a plus. Applicants must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience. Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
